“Quick Highlights”

  • Ticket non-transferable
  • Recording allowed by default in venue
  • No refund for free tickets
  • Strict security + ID required
  • Misconduct = immediate removal
  • Podcast can modify event anytime

1. Ticket Registration & Validity

1.1 Individual Validity – Non-Transferable

Each ticket is valid only for the person named during registration. That person must provide full name, email address, phone number, and other required details.

The name on the ticket must exactly match the government-issued photo ID presented at the venue. No sharing of tickets between friends, family members, or colleagues is permitted.

If you wish to bring a different person, you must cancel your registration (if allowed) and have the new person register separately.

1.2 Availability & Limitations

Tickets are subject to availability. The podcast team determines ticket numbers based on venue capacity, production needs, legal restrictions, and safety considerations.

Some events may limit tickets to smaller groups (e.g., VIP sessions or invite-only episodes). The podcast may operate a wait list when tickets sell out, but wait listed individuals have no guarantee of entry.

1.3 Podcast Team's Rights – Approve, Decline, Cancel

The podcast team has sole discretion to approve, decline, or cancel any registration at any time without providing a reason or prior notice.

  • Approve – Accept a registration after verifying accurate information.
  • Decline – Reject registrations with fake or incomplete information, history of disruptive behavior, late submission, or conflict of interest.
  • Cancel – Revoke an approved ticket if the registrant provides false information, violates any policy, engages in harassment or defamation, poses a security risk, or if the event is cancelled or postponed.

1.4 No Automatic Right to Attend

Registration and ticket possession do not guarantee entry. The podcast team may deny entry to anyone who fails to present matching photo ID, arrives late, appears intoxicated or aggressive, refuses security checks, or if the venue reaches maximum safe capacity.

1.5 Duplicate, Fake, or Fraudulent Tickets

Duplicate, fake, altered, or fraudulently obtained tickets will be rejected immediately. Only the first person presenting a valid ticket code gains entry.

Persons using fraudulent tickets may be reported to local authorities (Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh) and banned from all future events.

1.6 Complimentary (Free) Tickets – No Cash Value

Free, promotional, or complimentary tickets have zero cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, gifts, or services.

No refund will be provided under any circumstance, including event cancellation. They are valid only for the specific event, date, and time stated.

1.7 Registration Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You may update your details up to 48 hours before the event by contacting the podcast team. False information may result in ticket cancellation and a ban from future events.

1.8 Confirmation of Registration

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your ticket (QR code, barcode, or reference number). Keep this confirmation safe.

If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact the podcast team. Screenshots are acceptable if clear and legible.

1.9 Age and Legal Capacity

By registering, you confirm you are at least 15 years old. If you are under 15, you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who also has a valid ticket.

Attendees aged 15 to 18 may attend alone but must provide written parental consent if requested. The podcast reserves the right to refuse entry to any unaccompanied minor if safety concerns exist.

2. Entry Requirements

2.1 Valid Identification Document

All audience members must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the venue entrance. Acceptable IDs include Aadhaar Card, Driver's License, Voter ID Card, Passport, or any official ID with a clear photograph and signature.

The name on the ID must exactly match the name provided during registration. Failure to produce a valid ID or any name mismatch will result in denial of entry without refund.

Photocopies or digital images may be accepted only at the podcast team's discretion, but the original physical ID is strongly recommended.

2.2 Accuracy & Completeness of Registration Details

Entry will be denied if registration details are inaccurate, incomplete, false, or misleading. This includes incorrect name, wrong email, invalid phone number, false age declaration, or omitted material information.

The podcast team may verify registration details against the presented ID and ask clarifying questions before granting entry. No appeal or refund will be provided for denial due to inaccurate registration.

2.3 Late Arrivals – Recording Disruption Policy

To maintain recording quality, late arrivals may be admitted only during suitable breaks (between segments, guest changeover, technical reset, or natural pauses determined by the host or director).

If you arrive after recording starts, you may be asked to wait outside until a break. No entry is permitted while a segment is actively recording.

If there are no planned breaks or the break has passed, latecomers may be denied entry entirely. The podcast team's decision is final. Repeated lateness (for multi-session events) may result in permanent removal without refund.

2.4 Right to Refuse Entry Without Reason

The podcast team, event staff, and security reserve the right to refuse entry to any person without providing a reason. This includes situations where the attendee appears intoxicated, behaves aggressively, refuses security checks, violates this policy, or if the venue has reached safe capacity.

Refused individuals are not entitled to any refund or compensation.

2.5 Security Screening & Compliance

All audience members must submit to reasonable security screening upon entry, including bag checks, metal detector scans, or pat-downs (by same-gender staff where required). Refusal will result in denial of entry.

The podcast team and venue security may confiscate prohibited items (weapons, alcohol, drugs, large bags, recording equipment) without return.

2.6 Re-entry Not Permitted

Once you exit the venue after admission, re-entry is not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing or with a visible wristband/stamp.

Leaving for any reason (smoking, phone call, emergency) means you will not be allowed back into the recording area.

2.7 Special Accommodation Requests

If you require special assistance due to disability, medical condition, or other genuine need, you must notify the podcast team at least 48 hours before the event via official contact channels.

The podcast will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled, especially if notified late.

3. Recording & Media Consent

3.1 Explicit Consent by Entry

By entering the event venue (including recording area, green room, lobby, or adjacent spaces), you expressly acknowledge and consent to the following without any further signature or verbal confirmation.

If you do not agree, you must not enter. There is no partial opt-out once inside.

3.2 Types of Recordings

The podcast team and its authorized partners may record:

  • Audio (your voice, laughter, applause, questions, conversations, and any sounds you make)
  • Video (your physical appearance, gestures, movements, and interactions)
  • Photographs (still images)
  • Audience reactions (clapping, cheering, laughing, nodding, facial expressions)
  • Interviews or comments if you are invited to speak

3.3 Use of Your Image, Voice, and Likeness

Your image, voice, silhouette, likeness, and identifiable features may appear in:

  • Full podcast episodes (audio and video)
  • Promotional videos, trailers, behind‑the‑scenes content
  • Social media posts (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X)
  • The official website, email newsletters, advertisements, marketing campaigns
  • Archival, educational, or training materials
  • Any future media formats

3.4 Editing, Repurposing, and Modification

Recorded content may be edited, shortened, trimmed, rearranged, combined with other content, slowed, sped up, color‑corrected, captioned, translated, or otherwise modified at the podcast's sole discretion.

The podcast may create short clips (reels, shorts, highlights) from longer segments. No approval from audience members will be sought, and no compensation will be provided.

3.5 No Additional Permission Required

No separate written or verbal permission will be obtained at the time of recording or publication. Your entry constitutes complete and irrevocable permission for all uses described.

The podcast does not need to notify you before publishing content containing your image or voice.

3.6 No Compensation or Royalties

No monetary payment, gift, royalty, credit, or other compensation will be provided for:

  • Your attendance at the event
  • Any recording of your image, voice, or reactions
  • Any publication, promotion, or repurposing of such recordings
  • Any revenue generated by the podcast using such recordings

This applies regardless of how recognizable you are.

3.7 Waiver of Moral Rights

To the extent permitted by Indian law, you waive moral rights (including the right to object to derogatory treatment or to be identified as the source of a reaction).

You agree not to sue or claim damages based on how your appearance is edited or used, as long as the podcast team does not intentionally defame you.

3.8 No Expectation of Privacy

The event venue is a live recording environment with cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment. There is no expectation of privacy anywhere within the venue during the event, including lobbies, restroom entrances (outside only), or backstage areas.

Private conversations should not occur within range of active microphones.

3.9 Opt‑Out Not Available After Entry

Once you have entered and recording has begun, you cannot retroactively withdraw consent for that event. If you later decide you do not want to appear in published content, you may submit a written request.

The podcast will consider it but is under no obligation to remove or blur your image, especially if the episode has already been published on third‑party platforms.

3.10 Special Provision for Minors

If you attend as a parent or guardian of a minor child (under 18), you consent on behalf of that child to all terms of this section.

The child's image, voice, and reactions may be recorded and used as described. If you do not consent for your child, you must not bring the child inside.

4. Audience Conduct

To maintain a professional, respectful, and disruption‑free environment, all audience members must strictly adhere to this code of conduct. Violation may result in immediate removal without refund and a ban from future events.

4.1 Treat Guests, Speakers, and Fellow Attendees with Respect

Always speak and act with courtesy toward the host (Mr. Chouhan), guests, speakers, staff, and other audience members.

Do not interrupt, heckle, shout, or make derogatory comments. Respect personal space and avoid pushing or unwanted physical contact. Harassment, stalking, or intimidation is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Follow Instructions Provided by Event Staff

You must obey all verbal and written instructions from the podcast team, security, venue staff, and authorized volunteers.

Instructions may include seating directions, movement restrictions during breaks, and emergency procedures. Failure to follow instructions is a breach of this policy and may lead to immediate ejection.

4.3 Avoid Disruptive Behavior During Recording Sessions

Remain seated or standing in your designated area. Do not wander or change seats during active recording.

Do not talk, whisper loudly, hum, sing, or make unnecessary noise when the host or guest is speaking. Do not use flash photography, laser pointers, or any distracting device.

Do not approach the stage, host, or guests unless invited. Refrain from eating, drinking (except water in a closed container), or loud gum chewing.

If you must cough or sneeze, do so quietly. For persistent issues, step outside during a break.

4.4 Keep Mobile Phones on Silent Mode When Requested

Upon entry or announcement, set all phones, smartwatches, and electronic devices to silent mode (not vibrate).

Ringing, beeping, alarms, or notification sounds during recording are major disruptions. Taking phone calls inside the recording area is prohibited.

If you must take an urgent call, exit the venue quietly during a break. Texting or social media is allowed only if screen brightness is dimmed and no sound is emitted. The podcast team may request no device usage for certain episodes.

4.5 Refrain from Abusive, Offensive, or Inappropriate Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate removal and possible legal action:

  • Abusive language (swearing, name‑calling)
  • Offensive gestures
  • Inappropriate comments (sexually explicit, racist, communal, caste‑based, or gender‑discriminatory)
  • Physical aggression (pushing, hitting, spitting, throwing objects)
  • Intoxication (alcohol or illegal drugs)
  • Disruptive political or religious sloganeering

4.6 Consequences of Misconduct

For a minor first instance, a verbal warning will be given. For a second instance or major violation, immediate removal without refund and escort by security.

For serious violations (physical assault, hate speech, threats): permanent ban from all future events and possible reporting to local police (Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh).

4.7 Photography & Personal Recording During Show

Professional photography (DSLRs with large lenses, tripods, external flashes) is prohibited without prior written permission.

Recording full episodes for redistribution or commercial use is forbidden. Short personal videos or selfies may be allowed only before or after the recording session, not during.

Violation may result in device confiscation and removal.

4.8 Children and Minors Conduct

If you bring a child or minor (under 18), you are fully responsible for their behavior. Children who cry, talk loudly, or become restless must be taken outside immediately.

The podcast team may ask any disruptive child and their guardian to leave without refund.

4.9 Emergency Situations

In case of fire, medical emergency, or security threat, follow staff instructions immediately. Do not run or scream.

Designated emergency exits will be pointed out before recording begins.

5. Safety & Security

The safety of all audience members, guests, staff, and the host is the highest priority. Strict compliance with all safety and security requirements is mandatory.

5.1 Compliance with Venue Safety & Security Requirements

All audience members must follow every safety and security directive from the podcast team, venue management, security personnel, and local authorities.

This includes bag inspections, metal detector screening, wading, pat-downs (by same‑gender staff where required), and submission of personal belongings for search if reasonably requested.

Prohibited items include: weapons (firearms, knives, blades, pepper spray, tasers, brass knuckles, sharp objects); alcohol, illegal drugs, narcotics; explosives, fireworks, flammable liquids; large bags or suitcases exceeding standard size; professional recording equipment; laser pointers, drones; signs with offensive messages; outside food or beverages (unless medically required with prior notice).

Confiscated items will not be returned.

5.2 Behavior That May Endanger Others – Immediate Removal

Any behavior creating risk to health or safety will result in immediate removal without refund and possible banning and police reporting.

This includes: physical violence, pushing, fighting, throwing objects; running or climbing over barriers; creating panic (false alarms); attempting to access restricted areas (stage, backstage, green room, technical booth); blocking emergency exits; entering under the influence of alcohol or drugs with impaired coordination; medical emergencies caused by self‑negligence.

5.3 Right to Refuse Entry or Remove Attendees Without Refund

The podcast team, security, and venue staff have the absolute right to refuse entry or remove any attendee without refund for misconduct, including violations of Sections 4 or 5.

Refused or removed attendees will be escorted out with no re‑entry. This applies regardless of whether the ticket was paid or free.

5.4 Emergency Procedures

Before recording begins, the podcast team will announce or display emergency exit locations, fire extinguishers, first‑aid kits, and assembly points.

In an emergency, follow staff instructions immediately. Do not run, push, or scream. Basic first aid is available on site. For serious emergencies, local services (dial 112 or 108 in Mandsaur) will be called.

The podcast reserves the right to evacuate, postpone, or cancel the event if safety is threatened.

5.5 Reporting Safety Concerns

If you notice any suspicious person, unattended bag, or potential safety hazard, report it immediately to a staff member or security guard. Do not confront the person yourself.

Anonymous reporting is also available via contact details on the podcast website.

5.6 Assumption of Risk

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with being in a public gathering, including risk of illness (including COVID‑19 or other contagious diseases), accidents, slips, falls, or injury caused by other attendees.

The podcast team takes reasonable precautions but does not guarantee a completely risk‑free environment.

5.7 Children and Vulnerable Persons

Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the safety of their children or any vulnerable persons accompanying them. Do not leave children unattended.

If a child is lost, notify staff immediately.

5.8 Cooperation with Law Enforcement

The podcast team reserves the right to involve local police (Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh) in cases of serious misconduct, threats, violence, theft, or illegal activity.

Attendees may be required to provide identification and statements to law enforcement if requested.

6. Photography & Personal Recording

To protect the professional quality of the recording, intellectual property, and privacy of guests and attendees, strict rules apply.

6.1 Unauthorized Professional Photography Restricted

Professional photography (cameras with detachable lenses, external flash, tripod, mono pod, gimbals, or lighting equipment) is prohibited without prior written permission.

To request permission, submit a written request at least 7 days before the event. Approval may come with conditions.

Anyone found using professional equipment without permission will be asked to stop. Refusal results in confiscation of memory card or device, removal, and a ban.

6.2 Recording Full Podcast Sessions is Prohibited

Full‑episode audio or video recording for any purpose is forbidden. This includes voice recorders, phone voice memos, hidden cameras, or smart glasses.

Recording for redistribution is a serious violation of intellectual property rights and may result in deletion or confiscation of recording, removal without refund, permanent ban, and legal action under Indian copyright law.

6.3 Short Personal Photos or Social Media Content – When Permitted

Short personal photos (selfies, group photos, venue/stage pictures without disrupting recording) are allowed only at specific times indicated by staff: before recording begins, after recording ends, or during designated breaks.

Social media content is allowed only if:

  • You do not capture active conversation of host or guests
  • You record no more than 15 consecutive seconds of the show
  • You do not use flash or make sound
  • You do not tag guests without their consent

Flash photography is strictly prohibited at all times.

6.4 No Live-streaming

Live streaming (broadcasting live on YouTube, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, or any platform) is absolutely prohibited at any time.

Violators will be immediately removed and permanently banned. Legal action may also be pursued.

6.5 No Audio‑Only Recording

Recording audio only (even without video) of the podcast conversation is prohibited. This includes voice memos, hidden microphones, or any audio capture device.

6.6 Consequences of Violation

  • First offense (minor): verbal warning and mandatory deletion.
  • Second offense or major violation: immediate removal without refund, device confiscation (returned after formatting or held as evidence), and a ban from future events.
  • Serious violation (live streaming, full episode recording, commercial redistribution): permanent ban, legal notice, and potential lawsuit for damages and copyright infringement.

6.7 No Expectation of Privacy for Your Own Photos

Any permitted photos or short videos are for your personal, non‑commercial use only. You may not sell, license, or distribute them.

You are solely responsible for obtaining consent from any other audience member you photograph or record. The podcast team is not liable for disputes between attendees.

6.8 Official Photography & Videography

The podcast will have its own official photographers and videographers. Do not block or interfere with them. They have priority access.

6.9 Storage of Your Devices

The podcast team may request that all recording devices (including phones) be placed in sealed pouches or kept in bags during recording. Non‑compliance will result in denial of entry.

7. Ticket Transfers

Tickets are issued to specific individuals for personal attendance only. They are not commodities and cannot be traded, sold, or exploited commercially without explicit written permission.

7.1 No Unauthorized Transfer, Resale, or Commercial Use

Tickets may not be transferred, gifted, or assigned to another person without prior written approval.

Resale on any platform (online or offline) is prohibited. Commercial use (including contest prizes, product bundles, promotional giveaways, or exchange for any consideration) is forbidden.

Violation results in immediate ticket cancellation without refund, denial of entry, and a ban.

7.2 Requesting Transfer Approval (Limited Circumstances)

If you genuinely cannot attend, submit a written request via official email at least 48 hours before the event.

Include your full registration details and the proposed replacement's full name, email, phone number, age, and reason for transfer.

Approval is at the podcast's sole discretion. If approved, a new ticket is issued in the replacement's name. A nominal administrative fee may apply.

No requests accepted less than 48 hours before the event, except for medical emergency with valid documentation.

7.3 Cancellation of Tickets Obtained Through Unauthorized Means

The podcast team may cancel any ticket that was:

  • Purchased from an unauthorized reseller
  • Transferred without approval
  • Altered or forged
  • Sold in violation of this policy
  • Used in commercial promotion

Cancelled tickets are void, and the holder will be denied entry without refund. Blacklisting may also apply.

7.4 Penalty for Reselling or Commercial Use

If a ticket is resold or used commercially without permission, the ticket is cancelled immediately. The original registrant may be banned for up to 2 years or permanently.

The person attempting to use the resold ticket will be denied entry and may also be banned. Large‑scale resale may result in legal action for fraud or violation of the Indian Copyright Act.

7.5 No Transfer for Free or Complimentary Tickets

Free, promotional, or complimentary tickets are strictly non‑transferable. They are issued to a specific individual and cannot be given to anyone else, even with a transfer request.

The only exception is a verified medical emergency of the original holder, subject to podcast team approval.

7.6 Group Registration and Ticket Transfer

If you registered as part of a group, each ticket is tied to a specific name. To change who in your group attends, submit a group modification request at least 48 hours in advance listing all attendees' full names and IDs. Approval is required.

7.7 Will Call / Box Office Name Changes

Tickets held at "will call" will only be released to the person named on the registration upon presentation of valid ID. No name changes at the door.

To change a name, follow the transfer request process at least 48 hours before the event.

7.8 Enforcement at Venue

At entry, the ticket barcode/QR code will be scanned. If the system shows unauthorized transfer or resale, the scan will be rejected.

Security may ask for identification to verify a match. Mismatch = entry denied. The podcast uses digital tracking to detect duplicate scans and unusual access patterns.

8. Event Changes

The podcast team reserves the right to modify, adjust, postpone, or cancel any aspect of the event without prior individual notice. By obtaining a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

8.1 Changes to Event Schedules

The podcast team may change start time, end time, break timings, or duration. Schedule changes will be announced via the official website, email, and social media as soon as reasonably possible.

Minor adjustments (e.g., 15–30 minutes delay) may be announced on‑site only. It is your responsibility to check for updates. No refund for schedule changes unless the event is cancelled.

8.2 Changes to Guest Lineups

The podcast may change, replace, or cancel any guest appearance at any time for any reason (illness, travel issues, family emergency, security concerns, etc.).

No refund will be issued because a specific guest is not present, unless the podcast explicitly advertised a "guaranteed appearance" (rare and stated separately).

8.3 Changes to Venue Arrangements

The podcast reserves the right to change the venue, hall, room, seating layout, or entry/exit points without liability.

If the venue changes to a different location within the same city or nearby, registered attendees will be notified via email.

If the new venue has significantly smaller capacity, entry may be on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Late arrivals may be turned away. No refund for such changes.

8.4 Postponement or Cancellation of Events

The podcast may postpone or cancel an event due to:

  • Operational reasons (technical failures, power outages)
  • Technical reasons (recording system failure)
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure: natural disasters, pandemic, government lock-downs, civil unrest, death in host's or key guest's immediate family)
  • Low ticket sales
  • Safety concerns

8.5 What Happens if an Event is Postponed?

Your existing ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 15 days of the postponement announcement (for paid tickets only; free tickets have no cash value).

The podcast will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email and SMS.

8.6 What Happens if an Event is Cancelled?

Paid tickets: full refund of ticket price (excluding third‑party booking fees, convenience charges, or processing fees) within 30 days. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Free tickets: no refund, compensation, or alternative benefits.

The podcast's liability is strictly limited to refund of the ticket price (if paid). No compensation for travel, accommodation, lost wages, or consequential damages.

8.7 No Refund for Partial Changes

No refund will be provided for:

  • A schedule change
  • A guest replacement
  • A venue change within the same city or within a 10‑km radius
  • A change in seating or admission order
  • Technical interruptions lasting less than 30 minutes

8.8 Notification of Changes

The podcast will use reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees of material changes (postponement, cancellation, major venue relocation) via email and the official website.

The podcast is not responsible if you do not receive notification due to spam filters, incorrect email, or lack of internet access. Minor changes may be announced only on‑site.

8.9 Your Responsibility

By registering, you agree to check your email (including spam folder) and the official website 24 hours before the event for updates.

If you arrive at the wrong venue or wrong time due to not checking updates, you are not entitled to a refund or transfer.

8.10 Force Majeure Clause

In the event of force majeure (act of God, war, pandemic, government order, natural disaster, etc.), the podcast's obligations are suspended for its duration.

If the event cannot be held on the original date, the podcast may cancel or postpone as described above, with no further liability beyond refunding paid ticket prices (excluding fees).

9. Refund Policy

Different rules apply depending on whether the ticket was paid or free, who initiates cancellation, and the reason.

9.1 Refund Eligibility – Governed by Specific Event Terms

Each event may have its own refund window and conditions stated at registration. In the absence of event‑specific terms, the default rules below apply.

Refund eligibility is determined solely by the podcast team.

9.2 Cancellation by Attendee (You)

  • More than 7 days before event: full refund of ticket price (excluding processing fees).
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before event: 50% refund of ticket price (excluding fees).
  • Less than 48 hours before event: no refund, except verified medical emergency or death in immediate family (documentation required).
  • No‑show on event day: no refund.

To request a refund, email the podcast team from your registered email. Refunds processed within 30 days to original payment method.

9.3 Cancellation by The Comeback Man Podcast

If the podcast cancels the event entirely (not just postpones), all paid ticket holders receive a full refund of ticket price (excluding third‑party fees). Refunds are automatic within 30 days. Free ticket holders receive no refund.

If only a portion of the event is cancelled, no refund unless the core experience is materially affected (determined by the podcast team).

9.4 Postponement (Rescheduling)

Tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds are not automatic. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, request a refund within 15 days of the postponement announcement. Full refund allowed regardless of original timing. After 15 days, no refund.

9.5 Processing Fees & Third‑Party Charges – Non‑Refundable

Processing fees, convenience fees, booking fees, payment gateway charges, and third‑party fees are generally non‑refundable, even if the ticket price is refunded. This applies whether cancellation is by you or the podcast.

9.6 Free Tickets – No Cash Value, No Refund

Free, promotional, complimentary, or zero‑cost tickets have no cash value. No refund will be provided under any circumstance – even if the event is cancelled, postponed, or you are denied entry.

Free tickets are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged.

9.7 Refund Exceptions – Medical or Family Emergency

If you cannot attend due to a verifiable medical emergency (your own or immediate family: spouse, child, parent, sibling) or death in immediate family, you may request a refund even within 48 hours.

Documentation required: doctor's note, hospital admission record, or death certificate. Refunds are for ticket price only (fees non‑refundable). No refund for travel or accommodation costs.

9.8 Discretionary Refunds

The podcast team may issue a partial or full refund as a goodwill gesture. Such discretionary refunds do not create a precedent for future events.

9.9 How to Request a Refund

Send an email from your registered email address. Include your full name, ticket reference number (if any), event name/date, and reason. Attach supporting documents for medical emergencies.

Refund requests via social media comments or DMs will not be processed. Allow up to 30 days for processing after approval.

9.10 Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first requesting a refund through the official process, the podcast may dispute the chargeback and provide this policy as evidence.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from all future events and reporting to payment fraud databases.

9.11 No Liability for Consequential Damages

Under no circumstances shall the podcast, Mr. Chouhan, or its team be liable for any consequential damages arising from a cancelled or postponed event, including travel expenses, hotel bookings, lost wages, childcare costs, or other indirect losses.

Maximum liability is strictly limited to refund of ticket price (if paid).

10. Liability Disclaimer

Audience members attend at their own risk and discretion. By entering the venue, you accept all risks associated with attendance, including personal injury, property loss, illness, or inconvenience.

10.1 Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks of attending a live event, including:

  • Slips, trips, falls, or accidents
  • Injury caused by other attendees, staff, or third parties
  • Exposure to communicable diseases (including COVID‑19, influenza, or any airborne illness)
  • Emotional distress, anxiety, or discomfort from content discussed
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
  • Loud sounds, flashing lights, or other production elements

You confirm you are physically and mentally capable of attending. Consult a doctor if you have medical conditions that could be triggered.

10.2 No Responsibility for Personal Loss, Injury, Damage, or Inconvenience

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the podcast, its host Mr. Chouhan, team members, employees, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and venue providers shall not be liable for:

  • Personal injury (except where directly caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct)
  • Loss or damage to property
  • Inconvenience (disappointment from guest cancellation, schedule change, technical delay, etc.)
  • Emotional or psychological distress

10.3 Medical Emergencies

The podcast team may provide basic first aid but is not a medical service provider. If you need emergency medical attention, the podcast may call local emergency services (dial 112 or 108 in Mandsaur). You are responsible for all medical costs.

The podcast is not liable for any adverse outcome from delayed or refused medical treatment, unless caused by intentional misconduct.

10.4 COVID‑19 and Infectious Diseases

By attending, you acknowledge the risk of exposure to COVID‑19, influenza, or other contagious diseases. You voluntarily assume this risk and agree that the podcast and its team shall not be liable for any illness, hospitalization, or death resulting from exposure.

You also agree to follow any health protocols (masking, temperature checks, etc.) required at the time of the event. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.

10.5 Third‑Party Conduct

The podcast team is not responsible for the actions of other audience members, guests, or third parties. If another attendee injures you or damages your property, the podcast is not liable. You may pursue claims directly against that individual.

10.6 Force Majeure

The podcast is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, venue unavailability, or technical failures.

In such cases, the podcast's only obligation is to issue refunds for paid tickets as described in Section 9.

10.7 Limitation of Liability

  • Any injury you cause to another person or property at the event

10.9 No Waiver of Statutory Rights

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where prohibited by the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other applicable laws.

However, liability even in such cases remains subject to the limitation in 10.7 to the extent permitted by law.

10.10 Acknowledgment

By entering the venue, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Liability Disclaimer.

If you do not agree, you must not enter and should request a refund (if eligible under Section 9) before the event starts.

11. Community Values

The Comeback Man Podcast is built on five core values. We expect every attendee, guest, and team member to actively uphold these values before, during, and after the event.

11.1 Respect

Treat every person with dignity, kindness, and courtesy regardless of background, beliefs, age, gender, caste, religion, or any other characteristic.

Listen actively when others speak. Do not interrupt, mock, or dismiss anyone's story or opinion. Respect personal space, boundaries, and privacy. Disagree respectfully if you must.

Personal attacks, name‑calling, and hateful speech are strictly prohibited.

11.2 Inspiration

Share positive energy. Your applause, attention, and engagement inspire the host and guests to share their best stories.

Be open to being inspired by the comeback journeys of others. Avoid cynical, mocking, or overly negative comments.

11.3 Learning

Come with an open mind. Every conversation offers a lesson – whether from success or failure.

Ask thoughtful questions if invited. Listen more than you speak. Accept that you may hear perspectives different from your own.

11.4 Growth

Use what you learn to grow personally, professionally, or emotionally. Encourage growth in others by offering constructive feedback (when appropriate) and celebrating their progress.

Understand that everyone is on their own journey.

11.5 Positive Conversations

Contribute to a welcoming, encouraging, and supportive atmosphere. Avoid gossip, rumours, or spreading negativity about the podcast, its guests, or other attendees.

If you have a concern, raise it privately with the podcast team – not publicly in a disruptive manner. Focus on solutions, hope, and forward‑moving energy.

11.6 Our Commitment to You

The podcast team is committed to enforcing these values fairly and consistently. If you experience or witness a violation, report it to a staff member immediately.

We will not tolerate toxic, abusive, or discriminatory behavior. Violators may be removed and banned as outlined in Section 4.

11.7 Shared Responsibility

Maintaining a positive community is everyone's responsibility. Lead by example. Be the kind of audience member you would want to sit next to.

Thank you for helping us build a community that uplifts and empowers.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This entire Audience Ticket Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to this policy, including ticket validity, registration, entry, recording, conduct, safety, transfers, event changes, refunds, liability, or any other matter, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh.
